Transitioning Oregon’s Farmland

Transitioning Oregon’s Farmland is a collaborative project between Oregon Farm Corps, Friends of Family Farmers, and Oregon Agricultural Trust. We believe that keeping farmers on the land with successful businesses is the most effective and secure way to preserve farmland and stimulate rural economies. Our programs work to support beginning farmers and ranchers with land access and business technical assistance, as well as landholders seeking to transition or make land available for farming.
